Awarded to internal and external students based on the assessment of standardised tests, as well as school performance and an interview with the Headmaster.

There are limited places available into Year 7 and we therefore host three entrance assessment dates, each for up to 20 external candidates.

The first two dates for Year 7 entrance assessment for entry in September 2020 are: Saturday 9th November and Saturday 18th January 2020. There will be a further assessment date in March 2020, date to be confirmed soon.
Music scholarships are awarded based on audition and interview. Assessment takes place in the November prior to enrolment the following September.
Requirement: Principal instrument at Grade 3 or above, plus second instrument or the ability to sing.
Available to internal and external UK candidates, based on assessment and references. Sport Scholars are expected to play a full part of the sporting life of the school, including a commitment to representing the school in at least two major sports teams throughout their time at the school.
Loyalty to the school should always take precedence over clubs during term time. Sport Scholars will be role models in both sport and the school community generally.
