However, if you can’t wait that long, that’s fine! Every day is an Open Day at West Buckland and we would encourage you to contact our Admissions team to arrange a visit.

Registering with us signals that you wish to proceed with arrangements for entry. We will then contact you to schedule the Entrance Assessment.

Entrance Requirements
We have many students who join us in the Sixth Form and we stipulate that students should be aiming to achieve a minimum of five (i)GCSE passes at Grade 5 or above (Grade 4 for IBCP programme), including Maths and English.
Students will be invited to present their most recent school report, their predicted grades at GCSE (at the end of the Autumn term) and may be asked to have an informal interview with the Headmaster.
NB All students need to be registered with the school in order to proceed with the entrance process.

Receiving an Offer
If your application is successful, you will be given a conditional offer to start in West Buckland Sixth Form for the following Autumn. This will be confirmed on receipt of your GCSE results.
