The Many Benefits of doing Yoga as a Teenager

We have launched yoga classes for students in years 9 to 13, as part of our support for student wellbeing. From improved self esteem to greater core strength, to enhanced relaxation and concentration, there are many benefits to taking up yoga and we’d like students in this age group to come along and give it a try.
